HERE TO HELP
Support
Keep your focus on the game.
Signing in
Use your coach email and enter the code from your inbox. Check spam or request another code if needed. Normal app use keeps you signed in; you do not need a new code every time you open it.
Using another device
Your account supports one phone, one tablet and one computer. A different device of the same type asks you to verify your email and replace the previous device. Each assistant uses their own account and a team invitation.
Connecting with an assistant
Open Roster → Teams & connection and share the selected team with a coach. Send the private invitation only to the intended coach. Both devices need internet for live updates; a shared Wi-Fi network or hotspot is not required.
Understanding saved and synced
Device copy saved means the change is saved on this device. Synced means this device has confirmed its shared state with the service. The number beside Synced counts connected coach accounts, including you. Your phone and tablet count as one coach.
Working offline
Keep using teams already saved on the device. Wait for Device copy saved after an edit. Reopen the app when your connection returns to resume syncing. A team kept only on one device cannot be recovered on another unless you have shared it online or saved a separate backup.
When Review needed appears
This device and another device changed the same part before syncing. Both versions are preserved. Use shared version (recommended) keeps the shared result and retains the previous local copy in Recovery copies. Save my copy as a backup opens your device’s save/share options; choose a destination to finish saving the external file.
If saving fails
Keep the app and its data installed. Use the displayed retry option. Avoid clearing app storage while there is unsynced work. If retrying does not work, contact support with the message and device type.
Account deletion
Read the deletion steps and what happens to saved copies.
Reporting a problem
Include your device, app version, the screen you were using and whether you had a connection. Please do not send sign-in codes, private invitation links or unredacted player details. Incoming support mail is read by the operator, Erik Pfundstein.
